Il contribue par ailleurs \u00e0 la d\u00e9sinterm\u00e9diation de positions affirm\u00e9es et choque des \u00e9quilibres \u00e9tablis, y compris \u00e9tatiques. Ainsi, sans aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 s\u2019aventurer dans l\u2019extraordinaire champ des possibles qu\u2019il ouvre comme nous y invite Michel Serres dans \u00ab La petite Poucette \u00bb, le digital impose au moins aux entreprises de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes auxquels elles ne sont pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9es voire m\u00eame auxquels elles sont dans l\u2019ensemble plut\u00f4t r\u00e9fractaires quoi qu\u2019en disent leurs discours. En cela, on peut consid\u00e9rer le digital comme une cause exog\u00e8ne de changement, ou, autrement dit, comme l\u2019un des d\u00e9terminants de transformations subies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais le digital constitue \u00e9galement un levier de transformation souhait\u00e9e, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire un ensemble de solutions \u2013 \u00e0 entendre au-del\u00e0 de leurs seules aspects techniques \u2013 vraisemblablement utiles aux transformations qu\u2019elles estiment devoir engager pour soutenir leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9. La transformation dont il s\u2019agit est alors une transformation r\u00e9solue, un changement dont la cause est endog\u00e8ne, et dans laquelle le num\u00e9rique peut jouer un r\u00f4le essentiel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il y a donc en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 deux espaces de transformation qui se combinent : l\u2019adaptation de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 un champ de r\u00e9alit\u00e9s environnementales nouvelles et l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019entreprise vers une (ou peut-\u00eatre \u00ab des \u00bb) forme qui restaure sa comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 dans la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-4 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last fusion-column-no-min-height\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-one\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:20px;--awb-margin-bottom:20px;\"><h1 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:34;line-height:1.41;\">Technologies et facteur humain<\/h1><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La seconde remarque consiste \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9tonner devant la faible place que l\u2019on accorde dans cette affaire au facteur humain :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>comme si la technologie \u00e0 elle seule rendait la coop\u00e9ration \u00e9vidente, spontan\u00e9e et naturelle<\/li>\n<li>comme si le seul fait de disposer d\u2019un acc\u00e8s facile \u00e0 des masses consid\u00e9rables de donn\u00e9es suffisait \u00e0 rendre intelligentes les d\u00e9cisions que l\u2019on prend ;<\/li>\n<li>comme si certaines activit\u00e9s pouvaient s\u2019affranchir concr\u00e8tement et durablement de l\u2019organisation et l\u2019ordre que commande parfois le besoin d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et de productivit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans les ann\u00e9es 90 d\u00e9j\u00e0, les adeptes du <span class=\"fusion-tooltip tooltip-shortcode\" data-animation=\"\" data-delay=\"0\" data-placement=\"top\" data-title=\"management des connaissances\" title=\"management des connaissances\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" data-trigger=\"hover\"><em>Knowledge Management<\/em><\/span>\u00a0avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 p\u00each\u00e9 par le m\u00eame type d\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019all\u00e9geance aux promesses d\u00e9mesur\u00e9es des technologies, occultant alors quasi syst\u00e9matiquement le facteur humain et s\u2019\u00e9tonnant ensuite, comme un souffl\u00e9 qui retombe, de la faible r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du partage de connaissances au sein des entreprises. Pourtant les travaux sur la socialisation de Nonaka &amp; Takeuchi, guid\u00e9s par un approche qui ne dissocie pas l\u2019Homme et les connaissances, auraient pu inviter la communaut\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de lucidit\u00e9 en la mati\u00e8re. L\u00e0 encore, la r\u00e9ponse la plus fr\u00e9quente fut d\u2019ordre technologique, comme si les chats et autres forums de l\u2019\u00e9poque, bien qu\u2019offrant une interactivit\u00e9 synchrone ou asynchrone r\u00e9elle, suffisaient \u00e0 donner envie d\u2019interagir !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, sans diminuer l\u2019importance du r\u00f4le des technologies en tant que telles, sous-estimer l\u2019importance de l\u2019humain, avec ses inerties, ses incoh\u00e9rences, et tout ce qui en fait le charme \u2026 est une erreur dont la cons\u00e9quence sera au moins de ralentir la survenue des effets escompt\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-5 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last fusion-column-no-min-height\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-one\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:20px;--awb-margin-bottom:20px;\"><h1 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:34;line-height:1.41;\">L\u2019importance du r\u00f4le de la DRH<\/h1><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il y a donc plusieurs forces, qui ne s\u2019opposent pas forc\u00e9ment, mais se combinent certainement. Il faut \u00e9videmment en tenir compte pour les orienter comme l\u2019on tenterait de guider par petites touches un banc de sardines pour guider celui-ci dans la direction que l\u2019on estime bonne :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>s\u2019adapter \u00e0 de nouvelles contraintes externes qui s\u2019immiscent dans l\u2019interne,<\/li>\n<li>faire \u00e9voluer cet interne vers une forme collective d\u00e9sir\u00e9e,<\/li>\n<li>avec un corps social compos\u00e9 et dirig\u00e9 par des Hommes, avec tout ce que cela comporte,<\/li>\n<li>le digital et sa d\u00e9mocratisation massive constituant un fait majeur, donc opportunit\u00e9 et menace, de cet ensemble.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A la crois\u00e9e de ces chemins qui m\u00ealent num\u00e9rique et humain, la Direction des RH a un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer pour que l\u2019entreprise puisse collectivement apprendre \u00e0 s\u2019adapter et \u00e0 tirer profit des opportunit\u00e9s qui s\u2019offrent \u00e0 elle. Or, dans les faits, la \u00ab maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique \u00bb des entreprises est tr\u00e8s variable d\u2019autant qu\u2019elle est la r\u00e9sultante:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>d\u2019une part de la \u00ab maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique \u00bb des Hommes qui la composent, en d\u2019autres termes le degr\u00e9 d\u2019appropriation du digital par les collaborateurs, les managers et les d\u00e9cideurs<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019autre part de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de \u00ab l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00bb du num\u00e9rique dans son organisation, ses processus et son business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans cette optique, le r\u00f4le de la DRH peut au moins \u00e0 ce stade prendre 4 formes (non exhaustives) et r\u00e9sum\u00e9es dans le sch\u00e9ma ci-dessous.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column l\u2019origine d\u2019une part pour mieux discerner celles auxquelles il faudra s\u2019adapter qu\u2019on le veuille ou non car elles sont en quelque sorte irr\u00e9versible et pour contribuer \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 saisir les opportunit\u00e9s que le num\u00e9rique lui offre pour construire un lendemain qui lui permet d\u2019\u00eatre plus comp\u00e9titive.
