route<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le contexte contemporain est marqu\u00e9 par des \u00e9volutions qui bouleversent les modes de fonctionnement et les syst\u00e8mes de valeurs des entreprises. Ces bouleversements rendent caduques la plupart des recettes traditionnelles auxquelles bon nombre d&rsquo;entreprises s&rsquo;\u00e9taient habitu\u00e9es. La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de se r\u00e9inventer saute aux yeux et passe par ce qu&rsquo;il est convenu d&rsquo;appeler \u00ab transformation \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une transformation vers des organisations agiles, capables de s&rsquo;adapter en permanence et sans d\u00e9lai aux changements qu&rsquo;impose la difficile r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des affaires. En un mot, un d\u00e9fi d&rsquo;intelligence collective.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parce que la connaissance et la coop\u00e9ration sont les cl\u00e9s de ce d\u00e9fi, la DRH est en premi\u00e8re ligne.
