Or, si l\u2019on cherche \u00e0 cerner quelques uns des traits majeurs de ce mouvement, on peut penser que certains d\u2019entre eux ne seront pas sans cons\u00e9quence sur la fonction RH.Le \u00ab<i>Big Data<\/i>\u00bb constitue une \u00e9volution significative qui va bien au-del\u00e0 du traitement massif de donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En effet, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de traiter une volum\u00e9trie consid\u00e9rable d\u2019informations en provenance de sources h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes &#8211; et avec des fr\u00e9quences de rafraichissement tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es &#8211; r\u00e9volutionne la conception habituelle des entreprises en mati\u00e8re de m\u00e9thodes d\u2019analyse de donn\u00e9es. Au point que certains analystes et observateurs annoncent presque la fin des m\u00e9thodes purement hypoth\u00e9tico-d\u00e9ductives traditionnelles au profit de logiques plus intuitives, privil\u00e9giant l\u2019induction \u00e0 la d\u00e9duction\u2026 ou lorsque la dialectique s\u2019invite dans la tradition analytique.Le \u00ab<i>Big Data<\/i>\u00bb r\u00e9v\u00e8le au grand jour en effet des m\u00e9thodes qui ne sont pas nouvelles en tant que telles mais qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 certainement laiss\u00e9es en jach\u00e8re en entreprise dans les sciences de gestion : approches probabilistes, logique floue, technique de visualisation, appel au design etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour s\u2019en convaincre, il suffit d\u2019observer le seul d\u00e9veloppement de la \u00ab<i>Data Visualization<\/i>\u00bb (\u00e0 ne pas confondre avec la mode, au demeurant plaisante, de l\u2019infographie) et des possibilit\u00e9s que la culture du design ouvre \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension des informations que l\u2019on manipule (de nombreux exemples sont donn\u00e9s sur le site <a href=\"http:\/\/datavisualization.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/datavisualization.ch\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces tendances de fond, compl\u00e9mentaires aux approches hypoth\u00e9tico-d\u00e9ductives plus traditionnelles auxquelles la DRH est habitu\u00e9e, s\u2019inviteront progressivement dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir dans le monde RH, et ce pour plusieurs raisons :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>La fonction RH dispose d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019une importante masse de donn\u00e9es sur ce qui constitue la plus grande richesse de l\u2019entreprise, son capital humain. Et pourtant cette masse de donn\u00e9es est encore tr\u00e8s largement sous-exploit\u00e9e ;<\/li>\n<li>La fonction RH dispose d\u2019un potentiel consid\u00e9rable d\u2019informations compl\u00e9mentaires dont l\u2019apport serait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence utile pour l\u2019entreprise tant en termes de compr\u00e9hension et analyse que de pilotage (ouverture \u00e0 des sources externes, exploitation de sources d\u2019informations m\u00e9tier \u00e0 des fins RH, etc.) ;<\/li>\n<li>La fonction RH reste souvent cantonn\u00e9e \u00e0 des approches statistiques purement descriptives (de type tris \u00e0 plat \/ tris crois\u00e9s comme dans un bilan social) et d\u00e9laisse trop souvent le champ des approches explicatives et prospectives (mises en relation de donn\u00e9es par des m\u00e9thodes de types r\u00e9gressions multiples, analyses factorielles etc.) ;<\/li>\n<li>La fonction RH exploite peu la dimension temporelle de ses informations alors qu\u2019il s\u2019agit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence d\u2019une dynamique dont le pouvoir explicatif est \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si cette prise de conscience a r\u00e9ellement lieu dans les faits et qu\u2019elle se traduit par des avanc\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes dont la preuve de l\u2019utilit\u00e9 aura \u00e9t\u00e9 faite, on peut alors ais\u00e9ment pr\u00e9dire l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019une pratique RH nouvelle: \u00ab<i>faire parler les donn\u00e9es<\/i>\u00bb.<br \/>\nEt son corollaire sera naturellement celui de l\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers. Dans cette perspective, le m\u00e9tier de \u00ab<i>HR data scientist<\/i>\u00bb verra probablement le jour, mobilisant un ensemble vari\u00e9 de qualit\u00e9s personnelles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">des qualit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re d\u2019analyse de donn\u00e9es, combinant comp\u00e9tences techniques informatiques inspir\u00e9es du <i>Big Data<\/i> mais aussi connaissances \u00e9conom\u00e9triques;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">des qualit\u00e9s plus intuitives qui permettent d\u2019observer des repr\u00e9sentations graphiques complexes de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 mieux mettre en relation les donn\u00e9es cl\u00e9s ; ce qui suppose une maturit\u00e9 RH importante, une vision transverse, un d\u00e9cloisonnement des expertises et un esprit synth\u00e9tique ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">des qualit\u00e9s de restitution et mise en forme d\u2019informations complexes pour \u00eatre en mesure de transmettre leur vision et leur analyse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":13220,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[23],"tags":[59,18,20,21,45,48],"class_list":["post-1302","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-bil","tag-big-data","tag-knowledge","tag-metiers","tag-prospective","tag-sirh-2","tag-vision"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>HR Big Data, vers l\u2019\u00e9mergence du m\u00e9tier de HR data scientist?
